The variety is early-maturing, with technical ripeness occurring 30–50 days after sowing. The plant is characterized by a vigorous habit and can reach 60 cm in diameter.

The leaves have a pointed shape and dark green color, their length is 20–25 cm, and the surface can be either smooth or slightly wrinkled. The taste of the leaves is mild, and the oxalic acid content is low.

The variety has cold resistance and resistance to bolting, intended for cultivation in spring or autumn. Under adverse conditions, susceptibility to fungal diseases typical for the crop is possible.
