Bivoj is a tetraploid (4x, 2n=28) mid-early red clover variety. It is characterized by high green mass productivity and forage quality indicators approaching those of alfalfa.

The variety stands out for its high polyphenol content, antioxidant activity, and low crude fiber content (less than 22%). It is intended for the production of hay, silage, and green mass, with the breeding work of the station focused on developing forms resistant to root rots.
