The variety is diploid (2n) and is characterized as mid-season. During the budding phase, the plants have an erect bush habit. Under unstable winter conditions, weak regrowth of plants may be observed at the beginning of the growing season.

The dry matter yield of the variety shows results above the average standard in a number of regions. The protein content in the dry matter according to test results varies from 11.0% to 14.8%, depending on the cultivation region.
