Variety description

The variety is tetraploid and is characterized by large size, dark broad leaves, and coarse stems. Plants can reach a height of 120 cm or more.

In the year of sowing, it forms a vigorous leaf rosette; flowering begins late, in the first ten days of July. The variety is distinguished by slow regrowth in spring and after mowing, providing one full cut and a small aftermath yield during the growing season.

The plants of the variety possess good winter hardiness and longevity, demonstrating adaptability to the conditions of the Latvian climate.
