Variety description

10 August 2026

The Gwenda variety belongs to the small-leaved category of white clover. Its growth is distinguished by increased stolon formation with fewer inflorescences compared to some other varieties.

The plant is used for establishing pastures and for inclusion in grass mixtures, in particular with perennial ryegrass. The variety shows plasticity to mowing and grazing conditions, demonstrating good productivity indicators in the spring period as part of mixed crops.

The variety actively contributes to biological nitrogen fixation, which reduces the need for mineral fertilizers. Agronomic studies have confirmed its viability and adaptability under various management regimes.
