The variety is the result of breeding based on local landraces without crossing with common wheat. The plant possesses good vigor, although the risk of yellow rust infection should be taken into account in agronomic management. The variety performs best when grown in average soil quality conditions.
The grain is characterized by excellent processing properties, soft dough structure, and high flour yield. The variety is intended primarily for the production of bakery products within the bio-organic segment.
