The variety is late or very late in ear emergence. The plant has a very long stem with a hollow cross-section and an intermediate growth type.
A strong waxy bloom is observed on the ear, and the waxy bloom on the leaf sheath is weak to medium. The variety is traditionally used in bread production due to the good rheological properties of the flour.
