The variety was developed at the FSBSI "North Caucasus Federal Agrarian Research Center" by the method of individual selection from a hybrid population obtained through intraspecific hybridization of the varieties "Podarok Donu" and "Rostovchanka 5". It belongs to semi-dwarf mid-height varieties.
The plant is intended for the production of high-quality food grain, belonging to the strong wheat group. The variety is suitable for cultivation after various types of predecessors in intensive and medium-intensive technologies.
The variety demonstrates resistance to major diseases, including leaf rust, powdery mildew, and loose smut. It possesses high indicators of frost resistance and drought tolerance.
