The variety belongs to soft wheat for baking. Phenotypically, it differs from other varieties, such as Aubusson, in plant height and a number of morphological traits.
The variety has become widely distributed in Italy, where at a certain stage it occupied a significant share of the certified seed market. Precise quantitative characteristics, such as height in centimeters or disease resistance indicators, are not presented in open publications.
