The variety was obtained by the method of intervarietal hybridization of the combination Sadovo 1 and Guinness/1322. The plant is awnless, belongs to the mid-early maturity group, heading and ripening occur simultaneously or one day earlier than the standard Sadovo 1.
The variety possesses high resistance to lodging and grain shattering, as well as to yellow rust and powdery mildew, and shows tolerance to brown rust. It demonstrates good indicators of drought tolerance and winter hardiness.
The grain is characterized by a high test weight (about 80.5 kg/hl), protein content of 14–16%, and wet gluten of 25–30%. The sedimentation value is 55, which makes the variety suitable for stand-alone baking.
