The variety was obtained as a result of crossing the lines GK Zugoly and GK Élet. It belongs to winter forms of soft wheat and is used in breeding programs.

In scientific literature, the variety is studied in the context of phytopathological resistance. The presence of the Sr36 resistance gene in the plant, which provides protection against stem rust, has been established; the variety also demonstrates resistance to yellow rust (Puccinia striiformis).
