Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the category of soft wheat with soft endosperm. The technological properties of the grain are determined by its rheological characteristics of the dough, which are used to evaluate flour quality.

The plant possesses specific antioxidant defense mechanisms, in particular catalase activity, which is associated with drought resistance. The variety is also included in studies on resistance to Fusarium head blight.

The variety is for bread-making purposes and is intended for cultivation in the conditions of the Carpathian Basin.
