Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety was created at the Gabonakutato Institute (Szeged). In scientific literature, it is often mentioned in the context of biotechnological propagation methods, including anther culture and the production of doubled haploids, as well as in the study of genetic crosses for the analysis of productivity traits.

The plant possesses genetic resistance to wheat stem rust due to the presence of the Sr36 gene. The variety also serves as a subject of study for biochemical indicators, such as catalase activity under stress conditions, and is used in agricultural production and breeding.
