The Global variety is a soft winter wheat. Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant, such as stem height, maturity timing, and disease resistance indicators, are absent from open sources due to the variety being obsolete for the current market.
The variety was mentioned in the documentation of German variety testing registries (Bundessortenamt) in the early 2010s. As of today, it is not an active offering from the originator company, which has shifted its priorities in favor of more modern breeding achievements.
