The winter soft wheat variety Harlem (Triticum aestivum L.) was bred by crossing the parental forms Heven and the hybrid Moulin on Hereward. The variety belongs to the winter wheat group and was introduced into breeding lists in the early 2000s.

Variety descriptions provide morphological characteristics, such as plant height, as well as indicators of lodging resistance. Resistance to pathogens includes evaluations for eyespot, leaf rust, and Fusarium head blight, as well as grain productivity indicators at various levels of cultivation intensity.
