Wheat variety «Juma» (sometimes Juma 57 or Juma 58) was developed by crossing varieties IR-8 and Nilo. In literature devoted to agronomic studies of the second half of the 20th century, it is mentioned as one of the high-yielding varieties.
The variety is described as a winter wheat with hard grain type. At present, it is considered obsolete and is not included in modern commercial catalogs of breeding companies.
