The variety Kan is an awnless wheat of semi-intensive type with a plant height of about 100 cm. The vegetation period is from 274 to 280 days.
The plant possesses increased winter hardiness. Grain quality allows the variety to be used for baking or as an improver for lower-class wheat; under production conditions, the second quality class is achieved.
