The variety belongs to the early-maturing group with medium plant height. During trials, the variety demonstrated medium lodging resistance. The plant shows resistance to common races of stem rust and possesses reduced susceptibility to Fusarium head blight.
The grain has a thousand kernel weight of about 40 g and possesses characteristics suitable for milling and the production of whole-grain or refined flour. The variety is also used in genetic research, particularly for mapping loci responsible for cadmium accumulation in the grain.
