Variety description

The variety is of a universal cultivation type, suitable for growing after various predecessors. The plant is medium-height, belonging to the erythrospermum variety. The ear is of medium density, straw-yellow or white in color, with white awns and a weak waxy bloom. The caryopsis is red.

The variety is distinguished by increased winter hardiness, environmental plasticity, and resistance to spring frosts and lodging. It shows high field resistance to diseases, in particular to snow mold pathogens. The protein content is 12.8–13.1%, gluten content is 26–27.1%, and the flour strength is 254–280 a.u.
