Variety description

The plant has a semi-erect habit. There is a strong waxy bloom on the upper internode of the culm and on the sheath of the flag leaf, while the pubescence on the upper node is weak. The flag leaf is often curved, with moderate anthocyanin coloration of the auricles.

The ear has a pyramidal shape, white or straw-yellow color, medium length, and dense structure with a weak waxy bloom. Awns are present; they are long at the tip of the ear. The lower glume has a medium-width, elevated shoulder and a medium-length beak.
