NOVA ZLATNA is a winter soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) variety. The variety was developed in Croatia by Bc Institut specialists.

In the 1980s, the variety demonstrated high yields under production conditions in the Slavonia region. In current Bc Institut registers and catalogs, this variety is classified as historical or withdrawn from active use, due to which detailed agronomic characteristics are not publicly available.
