The variety is mid-late in maturity and is characterized as the shortest of the awned varieties registered in Poland. It possesses good lodging resistance, however, under intensive cultivation technology, it requires the application of growth regulators. The plant exhibits high resistance to stem base diseases, leaf rust, Septoria nodorum blotch, and Fusarium head blight.
The grain has high indicators for thousand kernel weight, sedimentation, and falling number. Due to the awned ear shape, the variety is less attractive to wild animals, which allows for effective use in fields near forest areas. The variety is intended for food use in the flour milling and baking industry.
