The variety is a facultative wheat exhibiting high winter hardiness and resistance to spring frosts. The plant is medium-tall, with an awned ear, which reduces the risk of grazing by wild animals. Heading and maturation times are medium.

The grain is red, medium-sized, characterized by high vitreousness, good protein and gluten content, and a high sedimentation index. The variety possesses high resistance to lodging, leaf and glume septoria, and Fusarium head blight, but shows high susceptibility to powdery mildew.

The variety is adapted to intensive cultivation conditions, suitable for sowing on soils of wheat and high-quality rye complexes. The recommended seeding rate is 180–230 kg/ha, which corresponds to 450–550 grains per square meter.
