The AgriPro Paladin variety belongs to the soft red winter wheat type. Research conducted under moisture-limited conditions in the northwestern part of the USA showed that, in terms of yield, this variety was inferior to a number of other varieties, such as Bauermeister, Boundary, and MDM.
Physiological studies revealed high carbon isotope discrimination rates in this variety, which, under the conditions of the studied region, correlated with lower yields compared to drought-tolerant lines. Available materials lack information regarding maturity group, exact plant height, and specific resistance to particular pathogens.
