The variety was obtained by complex breeding involving Mironovskaya 808, Maris Huntsman, VPM, Moisson, and Courtot lines. A genetic feature is the presence of a chromosome translocation from Aegilops ventricosa, which provides resistance to pathogens.

The plant is of a medium-height type and is characterized by medium-late heading dates. The variety demonstrates high complex resistance to brown rust, yellow rust, and stem rust due to the Lr37, Yr17, and Sr38 genes, and also possesses a certain level of resistance to Fusarium head blight, Septoria, and eyespot. Lodging resistance is rated as medium.

The grain is classified as hard red winter wheat with good baking properties. Due to its long gluten strands, the variety is valued in the production of bakery and confectionery products and is also widely used in organic farming.
