The variety has a parallel-sided ear and is the only variety in a series of trials possessing colored ears. The plant forms awns, and a strong waxy bloom is present on the flag leaf sheath.

This wheat variety is adapted to the conditions of Estonia and is intended for commercial cultivation. The high intensity of the waxy bloom is considered one of the plant's defense mechanisms.
