The variety belongs to the winter wheat group and is characterized by the presence of white grain. The plants possess specific height indicators and demonstrate a reaction to stress conditions, particularly dehydration, through anthocyanin synthesis and a high level of lipid peroxidation.
The variety's produce possesses qualities suitable for bread production. In scientific papers, the variety is frequently used in comparative studies of yield and resistance to abiotic factors in conjunction with other Bulgarian breeding varieties.
The variety was created at the K. Malkov Institute of Plant Genetic Resources in Sadovo. Currently, in official documents, the variety sometimes appears in lists excluded from the general agricultural plant catalog.
