ActiveTriticum aestivum L. · Bread wheat
Syngenta Crop Protection AG
10 August 2026
The variety is the result of interspecific hybridization of common wheat and Indian (shot) wheat. The grain has a semi-spherical shape with a shallow groove, which contributes to a higher yield of white flour. The plant possesses a short, strong stem, ensuring resistance to lodging.
The variety is characterized by high resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses, including drought, frost, and infection by brown and yellow rust. The nitrogenous substance content in the grain is 15–19%. The produce is used to obtain "extra-strong" flour, used in the production of confectionery and bread.
