The variety was obtained as a result of breeding work and is a combination of the parental forms Robert, Merlin and Kormoran. The plant is characterized by late maturity and short stem height.
The grain of the variety is distinguished by its large size and good baking qualities. Plant resistance is assessed as low to medium to powdery mildew and medium to stem rust. In scientific literature, the variety is considered historical and is used in programs for studying genetic markers.
