The variety belongs to winter grain crops. Genetically, it is often considered in a group with similar characteristics together with other Polish varieties, such as Nutka, Tonacja and Zyta.

The variety is actively used in agronomic and scientific research dedicated to comparative yield trials, the study of protein composition and gluten of grain, as well as the analysis of the reaction to various agrotechnical factors and environmental conditions.
