The variety is introduced from Germany and is used in breeding work, in particular at the institutes of the NAAS of Ukraine system. There is no information in open sources regarding morphological traits, maturity group, yield indicators, or product quality.

At present, WW 3449 is not a widely distributed commercial variety in production with described agronomic characteristics, but is used as breeding material for studying plant resistance to diseases.
