Variety description

The variety has a vegetation period of 279–283 days; plant height is 95–100 cm. The stand is uniform, the ear is spindle-shaped, straw-yellow in color, of medium density, variety erythrospermum. The grain is red, oval-shaped, thousand kernel weight — 37–43 g.

The plant possesses high drought and heat tolerance; winter hardiness is above average. The variety shows resistance to powdery mildew and brown rust, high resistance to downy mildew, as well as lodging and shattering resistance above average.

Food-grade variety; the grain belongs to the extra-strong group. Flour strength under favorable conditions reaches 500 e.a. Recommended for cultivation in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polesia zones using intensive or conventional technologies with nitrogen fertilizer application.
