The variety was bred by crossing a CIMMYT line with the winter wheat variety Hana. The plant is short-stemmed, with a height of about 80 cm, and the variety possesses good lodging resistance.
The variety has medium resistance to powdery mildew, leaf rust, and Septoria, while being moderately susceptible to yellow rust and susceptible to stem rust.
The grain protein content is 12.9%, gluten content is 20.6%, falling number is 332 s, and the sedimentation value is 67 ml. Baking properties are limited by the genetic characteristics of the glutenin composition due to the presence of a rye translocation.
