The variety is a tall plant, the height of which can reach 190 cm. The ear is large and sturdy, with long awns. The plant is characterized by low lodging resistance, high requirements for growing conditions, and low sensitivity to intensive chemical fertilizers.

The grain is valued for its specific taste, strong aroma, and high protein content, reaching 14–15%. The produce is used for the production of high-quality pasta, bread, pizza, and focaccia. Due to its polyphenol composition, the grain is considered easily digestible and is in demand in organic farming.
