The variety belongs to the mid-season maturity group and has a medium stem height. The plant possesses good resistance to lodging and winter cold, and also exhibits excellent resistance to Septoria, good resistance to powdery mildew, brown rust, and Fusarium.
The grain is characterized by a high test weight, a thousand kernel weight of 52 to 57 grams, high protein content, and an excellent gluten index. The genetic basis of the variety is based on a combination of Orobel, Arcobaleno, and Svevo.
The variety is intended for obtaining grain used for the production of pasta and semolina, and is in demand in programs for the production of pasta of 100% Italian origin.
