The variety belongs to the winter durum wheat group. One of its key features is sufficient winter hardiness, which distinguished it from other winter forms of this species during the testing period.
The grain quality of the variety is comparable to the level of the best spring durum wheat varieties. Yield in comparative trials was 59–65 c/ha. The variety is intended for the food industry, in particular for the production of pasta and semolina.
