SENELLART PATRICE

The variety is the result of many years of breeding work to select the highest-quality variety of emmer, known in Italy as farro. The main purpose of the crop is the production of flour and pasta suitable for a healthy diet.
The plant has developed leaf mass, which allows it to be grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. The crop is characterized by good adaptability to poor soils, resistance to low temperatures, and local pests.
The grain of the variety is distinguished by high hardness and contains a significant amount of proteins, fiber, and vitamins. The technological properties of the product allow it to be used as a raw material for the manufacture of pasta.
