The variety «Pegaso» (of Czech breeding) is a mid-ripening soft spring wheat with a growing season of 79–93 days. The plant belongs to the lutescens variety, has a medium height and a semi-erect bush habit. The variety demonstrates resistance to lodging and loose smut, and its drought tolerance level corresponds to standard indicators. The potential yield reaches 92.8 c/ha.

The international variety «Pegaso» appears in scientific publications as an object of genetic research, in particular in the study of gliadins and the creation of breeding lines with reduced alpha-gliadin content. A detailed agronomic description of this variety as a commercial product for mass sowing is absent in available sources.
