The variety belongs to the double early tulip class. The plant forms dark green basal foliage and reaches a height of 35 to 50 cm depending on growing conditions.
The flowers are double, colored yellow with red streaks and speckles. Flowering begins in the second half of April and continues in May. The stem is strong and upright, however, after heavy precipitation it may droop under the weight of the soaked bud.
The variety is suitable for use in the open field in flower beds and borders, and is also suitable for cutting.
