The variety belongs to the group of double late tulips. The plant forms a double flower of peony-shaped form with a diameter from 9 to 12 cm, colored in bright yellow, sometimes with a greenish hue. The flower has a sweet aroma.
The height of the peduncle is 35–45 cm, the stem is sturdy and strong. Flowering occurs in mid-May and lasts for about 2–3 weeks. The variety is suitable for use in flower beds, mixed borders, border plantings, as well as for container culture, cutting and forcing.
The tulip requires areas with good drainage and protection from strong winds, as it does not tolerate stagnant moisture. Placement is recommended in sunny or slightly shaded locations.
