The variety is a mutation of the tulip «Monte Carlo». The flower is double, peony-shaped, consisting of 13–15 canary-yellow petals with bright red stripes. The diameter of the open flower is 8–12 cm, with a cup height of about 5 cm.
The plant is short, with a flower stalk height varying from 25 to 40 cm. The stems are strong and capable of withstanding precipitation. The variety is early-flowering, with blooming occurring from April to May.
It possesses high frost resistance (USDA zone 3) and disease resistance. Suitable for cultivation in sunny areas with fertile, drained soil. It is used in landscape design, for planting in containers, and for cut flowers.
