Variety description

The plant is a dense evergreen shrub 25–35 cm in height with small, leathery, glossy, dark green leaves. Flowering occurs in late spring or early summer; flowers are small, white or light pink.
The berries are red, round, 7–12 mm in diameter, and weigh about 0.4 g. The ripening period usually falls in August–September but can extend until October or longer in warm climates. The variety possesses high frost resistance (down to -40°C) and disease resistance.
The variety is versatile in use: suitable for harvesting fruit, for landscape design as a ground cover plant, and for container cultivation.
