The plant is a compact, dense shrub 25–40 cm tall with upright or spreading shoots. Leaves are oval, dark green, and glossy. Flowers are white or pale pink, bell-shaped, and gathered in raceme-like inflorescences.

Berries are round, bright red in color, and 8–10 mm in diameter. The pulp is firm, sweet-and-sour in taste with a slight bitterness. Fruiting begins in the second year after planting.

The variety is remontant, producing two harvests per season: in late July — early August and in late September — early October. Yield is 0.2–0.5 kg per bush. The plant is undemanding, resistant to diseases, and possesses high winter hardiness; it prefers acidic, well-drained substrates.
