The plant forms loose rosettes with a low and flat habit. Leaves are large, elongated, dark green or gray-green in color, with a tender texture.

The variety is intended for fresh consumption, as well as for heat treatment. It is suitable for sowing from spring to autumn, demonstrating excellent resistance to frosts and adverse weather conditions, showing less susceptibility to winter damage.
