The variety forms large rosettes, which under optimal conditions can reach 25 cm in height and 15 cm in width. The leaves are broad, medium to long, and colored yellow-green or dark green. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth and productivity; the leaves possess a distinct nutty flavor.

The plant is intended for fresh consumption in salads. The main growing season is autumn: sowing is carried out in August–September, and harvesting is possible from October to April. The crop prefers sunny locations and well-drained soils rich in nutrients.
