The plant forms a rosette of long, elongated grayish-green or dark green leaves. The average plant height is from 5 to 15 cm. The variety is distinguished by its large seed size, which is approximately twice as large as that of other varieties.

The variety possesses good winter hardiness, the ability to withstand moderate frosts, and a certain resistance to bolting. It is less sensitive to stem rot during the winter period compared to short-leaf varieties.

The crop is suitable for cultivation in the open field, as well as in unheated or heated greenhouses. The leaves are suitable for multiple cuttings, as they regrow quickly after harvest.
