The plant forms a compact rosette with oval, slightly veined, dark green leaves. The leaf blade is fleshy, glabrous, denser and less elongated compared to large-seeded varieties. The variety belongs to the small-seeded category.

The variety has an early vegetation cycle and increased resistance to low temperatures. The crop is considered hardy and adapts to various soil types provided there is good drainage; it is intended for cultivation in the open field.
