The plant has a large rosette of leaves arranged horizontally. The leaf blades have a characteristic spoon shape. The variety is suitable for cultivation in the open field and in containers, does not require intensive fertilization, and prefers cool conditions.

The maturity period of the variety is about 45 days. Due to high cold resistance, the variety is recommended for sowing in the autumn period for harvesting in the autumn-winter and early spring seasons. The recommended planting scheme is 35x35 cm.
