Variety description

10 August 2026

The Splenda hybrid occupied a significant market share of silage maize in Europe. A characteristic feature of this type of hybrid was the low digestibility of cell walls, which was associated with the genetic characteristics of the parental lines, in particular the B14 line.

More detailed morphological traits, indicators of resistance to diseases or lodging, as well as precise data on the origin of the hybrid are not presented in the available materials.
