Duration of flowering characterizes the period in days during which the plant is in this phase, defining the crop's window of vulnerability to external factors. Abundance of flowering represents the quantitative or visual density of flowers on a plant, serving as an indicator of reproductive capacity and potential yield.
During variety testing, evaluation is carried out based on phenological dates, including the onset, peak, and end of flowering, as well as by using scoring scales.
